Start making the change today

I offer individual counselling sessions using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Hypnotherapy and Stress Management Techniques plus other Therapies in which I’m trained. They take place in person in Frome, or online.

I offer an online Meditation Group of 6 sessions at a time, suitable for beginners and more experienced Meditators. It takes place on a Thursday evening.

It’s a calm oasis in busy weeks, teaching many different Meditation techniques and Stress Management too. My Diploma in Practical Spirituality gave me the opportunity to learn different approaches to Meditation. There will always be one or two that you particularly like!
